Adding a clarifying video to an uploaded file

3 years agoHi Valeria P.6, Dropbox Capture does also have a screen recording feature. You can learn more about that here. The feature will allow you to record your screen as you talk and walk through the questionnaire you are sending to your clients. You even have the ability to include your face to accompany the screen recording to make it more personal, which appears as a small circle in the corner of the recording.
Once you record the capture, you can share the capture link along with the questionnaire.

"The man" in the bottom left was indeed part of a Dropbox preview feature we have been experimenting with, it has been available to a subset of Dropbox users, but if you were able to access it previously you should still have access to it now. If "the man" isn't appearing anymore when you open the preview of your pdf, can you please check if there is a "Record Video" button at the top, above the preview itself? It should be roughly in the middle of the screen at the top, and that would trigger the same functionality that allows you to record a voice-over and have it attached to the Dropbox file.
