Now I found the problem ^^ but I can not fix. I think you guys have to fix.
Here is what I found.
After you Dropbox Desktop application update, My workplace computer and home computer have diffrent version such as "Dropbox 217.4.4417(now home) but in office (215. x.x)" some machine version mismatchs... well that is fine
until
if the same file("I_Love_Dropbox.ppt") are opened at home which the same file I updated at workplace before I leave, when I get back to home I saw red x circle on Dropbox app continues to download and upload then sync fails then again download upload. I think this slows entire network.
old version of Dropbox was okay in this situation, blinking "download updated file" not this function is not working. all the team mates have same problem ^^; We are using Enterprise version. this issue is impacting our business productivity a lot! So plz investigate asap and plz fix this bug. this is a trust issue...
Best Wishes

Are you able to update the Dropbox desktop application on the work computers?
Are those machines managed by the IT team, and if so, would they be able to update the app for you?

We are IT company, our engineers already tried to update Dropbox app. Second issue is our data is bit huge so everytime we reinstall we have to wait 2~3 days to complete the sync. so it is not an easy descision to make.
