Since I am a new user to dropbox.com, I will walk you through what I did:
1. go to dropbox.com via google chrome
2. click Shared on the left side
3. click on the folder that Person B shared with me
4. On the right side, it has "access this folder from your desktop", "import from google drive", "request files to be added to this folder", "share and manage access to this folder"
5. click "access this folder from your desktop
6. folder window pops up but there are no files
To answer your question, I cannot see any files online
Thank you for your help

3 years agoHi jsrealpro, thanks for clarifying!
If you can't see any files in this particular folder, when visiting your account online, that means it's empty. Is there a chance that they shared the wrong folder with you?
Could you ask them to re-share it with you, by any chance?
