Can you describe the steps you took to disconnect those devices?

I removed it under the security tab:
These devices are linked to your personal Dropbox account.
I clicked the option to remove.

That shouldn’t affect the files/folders you’ve stored on your Dropbox account, indeed.
The folders in question, are they shared with another user perhaps, or are they personal folders?
If you go back to your Events page again, and scroll down before the 13th of January, are you seeing something more?

The only events are from Jan 13 - deleting the files.
I haven't used the service for a while but I want some of the data.
Makes no sense. What else can I check.
Is there a technician that can look at my account and verify this???
There is nothing else we can speculate about,,,
Thank you

Not really. A lot of what I'm looking for is photos.
I don't understand how it kept telling me I'm out of storage. Then I deleted one large folder and now I can't access anything.

It is strange indeed, but can you confirm that you've checked all the events from the events page?
Perhaps the photos in question were deleted along with the other files by mistake?

I do not see them in there

Hi again, TW_10. One more thing I’d like to ask is if you have any other email addresses, besides the one you see on this page.
If you do, please check whether you have another Dropbox account linked to them, where your files could be saved. I’d like to rule out this possibility as well, and go from there.
