Since the issue persists, could you send us a screenshot as well to have a visual too?
The old support ticket was resolved back then with the app's following update by the way, but since you're already using the latest, we'll need a screenshot to have a better look into this.

Hi Walter, below is the screen grab of the scan my phone did of the back of a clicker box.
As you can see, all of the small text is pixelated. The larger text is okay, but still not crisp.
Let me know what you think and what you recommend in terms of next steps. Thanks

Galaxy S23+ user here. Running on Android 14.
Quality of the scan is blury. Its not necessarily coming off as pixelated to me but its as if the camera can't focus clearly so parts of the scan comes out blurry. If you would like to take this convo to email let me know.
