Back up not working on macOS Sequoia M4 Max

Can anyone help me out I’ve been trying to get my back up to work and I’ve talked to support and all they tell me is that they are working on a fix but it’s been 3 months and still no fix

    Is there a bug with Sequoias m4 max Dropbox back up that won’t let me back up my folders?
