Hi angelahaley,
By purging did you mean that you wanted all your phone’s photos/videos be automatically backed up to your Dropbox cloud and that you can delete the original files from your phone to free up your mobile’s storage space and give room for new ones?

Yes, I ended up adding another "family account" to my main Dropbox account that was a fresh start. The camera upload completed in 2 days and says it's complete, but only 1940ish of 38k images are showing up in my camera uploads folder in Dropbox... what gives? I'm so fed up with this! What am I even paying for??

Yes, that's what I have, and there is enough space

- Rogaa2 years agoHelpful | Level 7So all these 38k images are stored in your mobile device , and once they are all backed up on Dropbox, you will delete them to make new room for new ones. May i know how many members you have with your Family plan? Thank you
