Can I stop external shared link recipients from being prompted to sign up?

Hi,

I am trialing dropbox advanced ahead of possible rollout. It works well on the team side, but when i share a link for an external user to browse - once they try to download it aggressively prompts them to sign up with a tiny 'download only' link.

Its a deal breaker for us, it looks unprofessional and we know customers will either not download the files or will ask us to share another way.

Can it be surprised when using paid versions of dropbox?

Hi Hannah, its the below prompt, the actual download link is tiny and i know customers will think they need to sign up and badger us to email direct which defeats the purpose

Hey trw1971, thanks for joining our Community and thanks for your feedback here.

To get to the point, I don't think there's a way to disable those prompts, but just to be sure, can you send me a screenshot of the prompt?

Just make sure you don't include any personal info on the screenshot.

    Thanks in advance.

I don't seem to be able to edit the original  post, it should read can the prompt be 'suppressed' not surprised.
