1 year agoHi there jhammeke - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
If the error persists after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser, you'll need to reach out to the owner of the files and shared link in question to ask for a new link or ask them if they deleted the file their first link points to.
In any case, please keep us posted!

Still no luck with clearing all the browser's cache and trying another browser. Using Chrome.
I asked customer for another link, but he still sends me the same one.
I was able to open it on Wednesday 2/7. Just could not on 2/8 and on 2/9.
The link I am trying to open starts off like this:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/
The links I can open start out like this:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/

Thanks for the update, jhammeke.
If you paste the link in your browser's address bar and manually change the /fo/ to /fi/, does it help open the link?

When it is /fo/ it still shows the sad puppy dog and does not work
When it is /fi/ it says the file is deleted.
