Can't add any more files to a shared folder as my quota is full, why?
I have a free account - somehow it claims I have more than 3 GB of files.
Another user has shared a folder of theirs. They have a pro plan with 2 TB of space.

I am actually working for them and sending the large video files back to them for approval.

The file request feature will allow you to upload files to the other person's account, so they'll need to send you one, and this will not affect your own Dropbox space.
