Can't complete upload on iOS Dropbox app because file extensions are missing

Total Newbie here. I've done some simple file sharing with DB before. I am trying to upload videos from my iPhone 12. I get this message: "can't load without file extension". Basically I want to uplo...

Hey BCNJrealtor! Thanks for posting about this on the forum. 

 

When checking the name of the videos you’re trying to upload, do they have a file extension, like .mp4 for example? 

 

If not, try renaming them and add a file extension at the end of the file. Does the issue persist after that? 

 

If yes, please send me a screenshot of what you see here (by clicking on the small camera icon above your message box on the forum).
