Can't Create A New Folder via Laptop nor iOS device?
So I'm trying to do something so simple and mundane eg. create a new folder, but apparently Dropbox can't do that and refuses to create a new folder and simply states "Can't Create New Folder" (very helpful guys cheers), with no futher instructions. Have tried to do this from my mobile phone and on my laptop, and at my wits end with this frustrating program which I don't know why I persist using.
Any advice, because I am lost.

Hi there njet01 - sorry to hear about this.
Could you please clarify your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed there as well?Did you try clearing the app's cache at all since you first noticed this by the way?
If you did and the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too.
Thanks!

Tried to create the folder again on my laptop after following your instructions with no change "Can't create folder" displays on my screen, so I went over to my iphone 12 and followed the instructions,
Cache Cleared on on ios device, no change in the error, with the following error displayed on my ios device:

Thanks for the additional info, njet01.
On your computer, are you using the local Dropbox folder to create the folder, when you're getting the error?
Have you tried through the website instead?
