Can't see syncing icons and right click options on new iMac
Why doesn't the support team know this then. Ive been trying to get this handled all week and been in multiple chats. I've been instructed to do two advanced installs and nothing seems to work.
Im on a brand new iMac I got on Monday and did a fresh install of Dropbox.
I can't see online/offline status icons in Finder and I can't use any right click functions like "copy dropbox link"
I've been out of work all week over this because chats have just been having me run around constantly.
I just did a resin for the 3rd time this week and still no change after all my files show "up to date"
I really need this to get fixed.

I've just found your support tickets in our system and passed your comments on to the members of the team who are looking into your case. Note that it would be advisable to continue on one ticket only to avoid any confusion moving forward and to keep all the relevant information in the same place.
When it comes to the issue you mentioned about the missing syncing icons and the right click context menu options, note that it's not the same as the one that was originally reported in the discussion you initially posted on. That one was about the Dropbox desktop app taking a lot of time to (re)index the files that are stored in the Dropbox folder.
In any case, at this point, I suggest that you reply back to your ticket as I can see that there's an update for you.
