Missing sync option (smart sync)
Where do i actually find the **bleep** smart sync, I either have to download and then sync or went to the website to access the file. With all the youtube guide I watched none of the preferences option are the same to each other.
I am using a Windows 10 Laptop if that mean anything.

Have you actually logged in to your account and set it up on the device yet? Those options looked greyed out as the system isnt running yet.
Make sure you are logged in, set up and syncing and THEN set it up. OR uninstall completely and reinstall and use the advanced options to set it up as you go.

Hi x184926, I'd be happy to help with that!
If you access your Dropbox folder, and right click on a file, or folder what options do you have there?
Also, do you use a paid plan on your end, since this feature would be for subscribed users only?
Let me know more!

So if I am a free user I can't have the files be online-only sync?

Hi x184926, I'm afraid that you might not have access just yet.
However, there is a chance that you do. You can see in this product update, that we're slowly working on changing that for Basic accounts.
What is your plan at the moment?

It's showing I am in standard plan, my co-worker doesn't have the same issue with me.

Hey x184926, sorry to jump in, but I just wanted to mention that you should be able to use Smart Sync since you're on the Standard plan for Dropbox for Business teams plan.
What options do you get when you right click on files you've stored in your Dropbox folder on your computer?
Have you rebooted your computer at all lately?
Did you install it with admin privileges in the first place?
