I am experiencing this issue as well. None of the reasons listed in that page would apply to me to my knowledge, though I don’t know how to check my bandwidth limit. Please email me directly about this.

Hello!
I'm experiencing this issue as well. I made sure I deleted any files from my existing dropbox to make sure it wasn't a space limit issue. Can you please help?
