Same problem with newest Dropbox Daemon
```
hildenae@ember ~/Dropbox $ dropbox exclude list No directories are being ignored.
hildenae@ember ~/Dropbox $ dropbox ls <empty>
hildenae@ember ~/Dropbox $ dropbox version Dropbox daemon version: 130.3.4940
