Can't upload
My Personal Dropbox space has Unused space (1.5 TB) but I can't upload. I pay £95.88 (taxes included) per year. Renews on 3 July 2023.
Error is: Can’t upload to Dropbox
Your team no longer has full use of Dropbox Business features. To keep using Dropbox Business, contact your admin.
Why - when I want to upload to my Personal space?

Hi there Kate202, sorry to hear about this.
Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, what is your plan tab reporting at the moment?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Hi Walter,
Plan looks fine:
Backup (2.5 MB)Shared files (0.9 GB)Unused space (1.5 TB) - Kate2023 years agoNew member | Level 2
Next steps:
Your team admins need to add billing information so your team can keep using Dropbox Business.
I only use the business one to download, and Personal one to backup. Should I unlink Personal and Business? How do I do that? Will I still be able to download files from the Business account?
Does Dropbox support exist? Nothing happens in Live chat or sending email. Would GDrive be a better option? Can I migrate everything over easily?

Hey Kate202, thanks for the additional info and screenshots, they have been really helpful!
It looks like your account is currently in what we call a locked state.
This happens if a team account gets downgraded, or if a Dropbox Business trial gets cancelled/expires.
If you do not wish to continue with a Dropbox Business plan, and want to go back to your personal subscription, you'll need to disband your team.
You can see all info related to locked state and steps on how to disband your team here.
