Desktop app stuck on "starting"
My DB app is stuck on starting and never gets out of that loop so nothing is synched. I've been using this device for years and everything was fine until recently, but I don't recall changing any settings or even getting an iOS update.
- I'm using v182.4.6427 and have turned the beta version option off.
- I am already using selective synching and virtual files.
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
- My internet connection is stable.
Any advice would be appreciated!
Have you tried rebooting your computer and router or using another network Kiw21?

Hi there Kiw21, sorry to hear about this.
Could you please clarify your computer's OS version for us?
Also, have you ensured that this is not caused by a security software like an antivirus, firewall or a VPN/proxy setting?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Did you check for any security programs like the ones I mentioned too Kiw21?
Could you maybe send us a screenshot of the app's exact status as shown in your menu bar at the moment?

Oh, and it does't seem to be related to antivirus or vpn software either...

OMG rebooting the computer did the trick. So sorry, I should have tried that much earlier.... Thanks for your help!
