Dropbox文件打不开,一直在同步中,无法完成同步 (syncing can't be completed)

右下角Dropbox应用显示蓝色同步中状态,但文件一直同步不了,文件大小仅77kb,请问如何解决?

Dropbox版本号173.4.6706,系统是win11,网络一切正常
