Dropbox app won't upload images anymore from the iphone

Anyone else finding that since the update, they can't get images to upload to dropbox on their iphones anymore?

    Hey Jodes, let's try one more step, please.

     

    Feel free to uninstall the app, reboot your phone, then re-install. If this doesn't work, take a screenshot of the error message you get, and send it back to me here, so I can have visual too.

Are you receiving any type of errors when trying to manually upload your files to Dropbox?

 

Have you tried connecting to a different WiFi network/via cellular data? Do you experience the same behavior if you do this?

    Nancy I don't receive any error messages. It just shows «waiting to upload»

    I haven't tried using a Wi-fi. I only use my cellular data.

      Hi Jubilbae, Do you have any proxy, VPN, security software, or even carrier settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

       

      Could you try connecting to a reliable, stable WiFi connection to see if the files upload normally?

        Jay I'm not sure I have any security restrictions, and I'm not so sure about the stable wi-fi because my country isn't the best with wi-fi 🤦
