Dropbox doesn't sync the changes between devices. What can I do?
We have the free version of dropbox at work. 3x computers make use of it. It's all excel files we have in the shared folders. At some point last year we discovered the files stopped syncing. Storage ...

Keep in mind that computers sync directly with the Dropbox website, not with each other. To find where the problem lies, start by comparing the files in the Dropbox folder on that computer against the Dropbox website.
For instance, when making a change on file X, instead of checking the other devices it's best to go online, and see if the file is updated there. Can you give it a go?
Meanwhile have a look at this Help Center article too.
What is the exact OS and Dropbox version that you're using on your device? If you hover your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your task/menu bar next to your WiFi, that should give you the Dropbox version, and syncing status. Feel free to let me know more.
