2 years agoHi there gregger59 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please try clearing your browser's cache or another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running and let us know how it goes?
You might also want to reboot your computer and internet router while at it by the way.

Hi Walter, thanks for the suggestions.
I cleared the cache and also rebooted both the internet router as wel as the computer. Unfortunately, folder uploads still don't get beyond the first file. I don't have access to be able to install an additional browser on this laptop; all I have is MS Edge.
FYI, File upload (vs. folder upload) does not work, either.
Strange how this all worked fine a few hours ago, and now not.

How large are the folders in question gregger59? Does this behavior persist with smaller folders or individual files as well?

Unfortunately, yes, this behavior is the same whether attempting to upload a single smaller file, or an entire folder filled with numerous files. Very frustrating.
