Hi Walter, thanks for the suggestions.
I cleared the cache and also rebooted both the internet router as wel as the computer. Unfortunately, folder uploads still don't get beyond the first file. I don't have access to be able to install an additional browser on this laptop; all I have is MS Edge.
FYI, File upload (vs. folder upload) does not work, either.

2 years agoHow large are the folders in question gregger59? Does this behavior persist with smaller folders or individual files as well?

Unfortunately, yes, this behavior is the same whether attempting to upload a single smaller file, or an entire folder filled with numerous files. Very frustrating.

Thanks for clarifying that for me gregger59
Is it possible for you to try another network, device or web browser, just for testing purposes?

Hi again,
I have tried some variations but nothing changed. However, I did find that by zipping the contents of a Windows folder into a single .zip file, and then using the "file" upload feature, I am able to do uploads that way. Something about the file folder structure must be making Dropbox unhappy. FYI.
