[Dropbox Sign]: Glitch when adding a placeholder text
I need urgent help with Dropbox Sign! There is a glitch whenever I try to add Placeholder text. It doesn't stay after being typed. I've tried this in Firefox and Safari (with cleared caches). I've never had this issue before.

If this persists on an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running as well, may we reach out via email to have a further look internally?

I just tried again in an incognito window, with no extensions or plugins running, on two separate computers. The same problem persists. I am unable to add Placeholder text to fields. I would really appreciate if you could reach out to me via email to look internally.

Yes, tried a different browser and a private browsing window, same behavior - the placeholder text I enter keeps disappearing.
