2 years agoHey Debjpats, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
When two devices are connected to the same Dropbox account, syncing should be automatic, so let's see what we can find.
The first thing you'll need to check, is the sync status and version of the desktop app.
To find that, hover your mouse over the small Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar.
Let me know what you find.

When I hover over the Dropbox icon, there is nothing that it says. I have tried to redownload Dropbox but get an error message. I checked to see that Firewalls are accepting Dropbox so should be no issue there.

Are you checking the little Dropbox icon on your task bar, next to your WiFi?
As for the error message you get when downloading the app, would you mind clarifying?
Also, I'm assuming that when you add content to your mobile app on your iPhone, you're able to see it online, right?
