Not show what in link and this problem is new form one month ago I think Hi Jay, as far as I know, the issue is still present in most messaging services: instagram, etc.
The link appears the same, no thumbnail or title 😞
I've tried different devices, browsers, clearing cache and it still looks the same.
Please let us have the links as they used to be, these new ones are awful and unpractical.

Hi, Dropbox image will appear when you paste link and wait for few seconds. It happen same when we send links from other websites. Somebody recommended me to use this WhatsApp to send app on WhatsApp.
- I am not about to get my image thumbnail when I share via whatsapp also. This happen to me just today, 22 Aug 2024
- Can anyone confirm? I usually get the image thumbnail showing when I share dropbox image link in whatsapp. But today (22 Aug 2024) I just get a black square box with no preview image.

Hey @Adrian L.5, have you tried copying the link and pasting it to WhatsApp, to see if the thumbnail appears, like the user mentioned above?
- Yes, but it's still not working. I have clear dropbox and whatsapp cache...but result is the same. How do I inform dropbox administrator about this bug?

Have you checked if this is happening with links from other apps/services besides Dropbox, Adrian?
