Error 400 when trying to open a link someone shared

This Error 400 message keeps popping up. I don't use dropbox too often but it first happened a week ago with one file. Eventually, a friend resent the link days later and it worked. Now someone el...

and Yes, I can open the link in an incognito window.  I get the options to Join Folder, Copy to Dropbox or Download.  I can see the subfolders and open them and see all the files within them.  I'm able to open the files as well.

Thanks for trying that out! Your contractor shouldn’t be having an issue then, since you can access the shared link normally. 

 

Has she tried a different browser or an incognito window, as well?
