Error 400 when trying to open a link someone shared

and Yes, I can open the link in an incognito window. I get the options to Join Folder, Copy to Dropbox or Download. I can see the subfolders and open them and see all the files within them. I'm able to open the files as well.

1 year agoThanks for trying that out! Your contractor shouldn’t be having an issue then, since you can access the shared link normally.
Has she tried a different browser or an incognito window, as well?
