Don't know if this helps but it may be an OS problem. In trying to get my file copied from iCloud to Dropbox, sometimes I would be a file size 0 error. One problem- the file size is actually 1 mb. Don't know that helps.

Still seeing the same issue, after removing Dropbox from Files, rebooting and re-adding it.
The folder gets created and a partial copy of either 1 file or subdirectory.
Using either iCloud or "On My iPhone"
NOTE: Files, "On My iPhone", takes significantly longer to fail, or just sits there with a greyed-out Folder, until I restart Files.
Additional Note: I get the same error even when coping a Folder in the Dropbox Location within iOS Files.
Running the latest release
Dropbox iOS App 314.2.2
iOS 16.3 (20D47)Final Note:
Issue only appears to be related when attempting to copy Folders, when I copy multiple files, within a folder, I do NOT get the error. - Beno943 years agoNew member | Level 2
I’m having a similar issue. I’m getting the above error message when trying to open some files in Dropbox through the iOS files app. Tried all the suggestions above and in other threads but none of them seems to help. Any other ideas on resolving this?
