External Drive Backup - message that I need to sign in on that device?
Hi
I have a laptop that was backing up an external hard drive (called My Passport)
It isn't anymore and if I look at the Dropbox Backup Page it says:
"To Manage the settings of My Passport, sign on that device"
and, apart from the option to view backuped up files - of which there are some, that's it.
If anybody knows what to do, I would be grateful. I'm happy to delete the drive and redo it, but I can't see how to do that either.

When you say that you're looking at your Backup page, I'm assuming you're talking about the online page, right?
Would you mind clarifying the app's current syncing status and version, just to make sure there are no issues there, and that it's running as it should?
Have you tried checking the app's preferences, and more specifically the Backups tab?
