Failure to access my backup files
Dear Admin,
Greetings.
I need assistance. I just bought a new Mac book computer and downloaded the dropbox app. I am a dropbox plus subscriber but I have failed to access my backed up data on the MacBook. What can I do to solve this problem?

Besides your backup files, are you able to see the rest of your Dropbox files, after installing the desktop app on your new device? Is there any chance you’ve logged in to your Dropbox app with the wrong account/email address?
What do you see when visiting these pages https://www.dropbox.com/home and https://www.dropbox.com/backup/all?
Let me know what you find.
