File don't stay available offline any more, and revert to online-only

Files are not available offline anymore,

even though option of Sync state is ON

I have enough hard-drive space

I have manually pressed that cloud icon and dowloaded the files or whole root folder, several times but they keep on reverting to the synced online with cloud icon state.

please help me find a fix,

i cannot use it like this!

Hi anonymous, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

What OS version are you running on your device, and where is the Dropbox folder located?

This will help me to assist further!

Could you check the exact OS version by following these steps

Also, could you clarify exactly how much free space you have on your hard drive?
