It sounds like you might be looking at two different Dropbox accounts Realtor Sue

Are you using the same email address on both of your devices?

I see all of my folders on my cell phone but nothing on my laptop. I’ve been a Dropbox user for years. I’m using 1.5 MB of 2,000 GB On the Dropbox Plus subscription.

Hey Realtor Sue - sorry to jump in here, but if you're using the desktop app, could you clarify its status as shown in your computer's menu bar/system tray?

I'm assuming you're able to see the same files if you log into your account through a web  browser - right?

    Hi Walter,
I just logged out and logged back in on my laptop.
My files are not there… I’ve checked the trash can that says deleted files and nothing there.
I do however see my files on my cell phone.
