Files automatically switching to "online-only" on Mac
Two years later and I'm still having this issue. I can't reliably work with Dropbox files, especially if I find myself somewhere without wifi.

Hi Hannah,
I'm on macOS 15.3.2 and Dropbox v220.4.4126
Usually it seems to happen pretty suddenly. If I'm working on a video edit all day and then exit my editing software, I'll see the next day that the files have gone online-only the next morning.

9 months agoHi Andrew-H! Hope you don’t mind me jump in.
Do you mean that all of your Dropbox files automatically turn to online-only, or just the ones that you were working on the previous day?
Can you also open your Dropbox app preferences here and send me a screenshot of your current settings?
