Files not being shared across group members

Is there a way to force a synch? Last time I did a video it was a 5 days between one person uploading the pictures and me accessing them through my folder. There were 6 pictures missing.

There isn't a way for you to force the syncing process if the issue is related to your colleague's device.
Based on everything that I can see here, it seems like your desktop app is updating to your account online. The pictures that you see when visiting the Dropbox site, are the same ones you have inside your local folder.
As a test, you can upload a file inside your local Dropbox folder, and then check online to make sure that you can access it, without any issues. Have you checked your app's current syncing status too?It seems that your colleague might be facing either a syncing issue, or they might be doing something different when updating the files in there folder. If you could check in with them, or have them contact us directly, that'd be amazing.
