Get email address of requested file submission
Display the email address of the person that uploaded a requested file. Right now not even in the notification email I get that information. It‘s a missed opportunity, because they need to type in their email anyway.

Hi travelsound84, thanks for messaging the Community!
We appreciate the feedback on the file request feature.
As an email address is considered to be private information, it would be up to the user to expose their email when uploading to a file request. The system allows the emails to be used only for the uploader's benefit, to know that the upload was successful.
If you need people's email addresses, you could suggest for them to enter their email in the 'name' field.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

So the name is not private information? 🤔...
In that case, you could add a comment (next to the email field) that by submitting they are sending this information to the recipient. There are many ways to get the approval for the submission. But I leave that up to you.
In our case, that would really been a useful feature for one of our projects. We now had change to Box.com because their service offers that and it's really straight forward.
Cheers

I have a “File Request” link in my website for customers to upload their designs. They also enter their name and email address. When I get the message to download the design, I see the name but NOT the email address. Is there a way to have the email included in the Uploaded File Request email to me?

No. That information is not sent to the owner of the File Request.
