getting icloud photos into dropbox

Hi everyone, i want to get my photos and videos off icloud and into dropbox for safe keeping, I downloaded all of my photos etc (in a zip file) but I can not do anything with the file! i tried to c...

    If the file isn't opening after downloading it, then it sounds like an issue with the zip file or iCloud itself, and not Dropbox. Have you tried contacting Apple support regarding this matter?

i tried to open the file once downloaded, but it couldn't be opened'
