2 years agoHi there, JKleinman, thanks for taking the time to post on the Dropbox Community.
The first thing I'd suggest here, is to check whether or not you can see the files in the account online.
If you can see them online, but not in your local Dropbox folder, this is probably a syncing issue of the Dropbox app on your computer.
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there!
