    Dropbox Transfer would be possible to download for all users, and the person receiving the transfer wouldn't need a Dropbox account to do so.

I didn't know Dropbox Transfer worked for people who don't have dropbox - Thank you!! It would be nice if  adding password to the transfer was included in Dropbox Plus.
