How can I unban my shared links?
Hi there,
I've received an email telling me my public links have been generating too much traffic and so they've been disabled. The link in the email to remove the suspension tells me it's unable to unban the account and I need to contact support. But both the chatbot and help center are unhelpful so I'm hoping someone here can help me instead?

Hi PMurphy85, thanks for messaging the Community!
Is this the first time that you've received this email about links being disabled on your account?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay, thanks for responding.
Yep, this is the first time I've received the mail.

Thanks for that. In general, links can be temporarily banned due to breaching the daily bandwidth limits.
It should take a full 24 hours for the ban to be lifted on your account after which you'll be able to share files again. We wouldn't be able to remove this temporary ban manually on our end.
Subsequent bans will expire in 48 hours, 96 hours, and so on exponentially.
