3 years agoHi arishperez, you should see it on the home page, next to the Organize button. Bear in mind, the option to import from Google Drive is only available for personal accounts, not for Dropbox Business teams.

Hey Arish! I hope you’re doing well and sorry for jumping in.
In that scenario, you can use a third-party app to move these files over to your Dropbox account.
Another option would be to install the Dropbox app on your computer (in case you haven’t already), download your files from Google Drive to your device and then, move them over to your local Dropbox folder.
Since this is a large amount of data we’re talking about though, it will take some time for the updates to sync to your online Dropbox account.

Why only for personal accounts? We pay much more and we should have this function too no?
THird party software are extremely slow.. Multcloud is just impossible to use...
- arishperez3 years agoHelpful | Level 5I think i can agree on this as well.

Hi Everybody,
I have spoken with the appropriate teams about expanding this feature outside of personal accounts. They are currently investigating. I will post here when I know more!

Wooooohhhh, this is bad.. REALLY BAD.
Your sales team just sold me Dropbox Teams so I can migrate over from Google Drive. I'm trying to migrate a lot of data and without this feature... It aint gonna work.Surely there is a solution to this? Third party tools are slow (Literally 4 years to do it) or expensive ($350/TB to transfer).
Help!- STuri3 years agoNew member | Level 2Facing same issue with similar catalogue size. Only solution I’ve come across is to connect your google drive to a large enough external drive or raid and choose to have your files synced locally in Google drive settings. Then take those files for upload to Dropbox.
