I can't access the backup files from my Windows device

For some reason there is no access to the backup files from my computer, please look at the screenshots.

    The message above isn't entirely clear, so I just wanted to check if you wish to delete your bank info from the account.

    Hey Nik10, which plan are you currently on? Is it a paid one of a Dropbox Basic free account?

    Hey Nik10, by suspend payment, do you mean that you wish to cancel your Dropbox subscription? If yes, then your payment method will be automatically removed from the system once your Dropbox account has been downgraded to a free Basic one.
