I can't share any files due to a violation of the Terms of Service
Hi! I am encountering this error and can't find any articles on how to solve it.
I'm thinking of subscribing to a plan, but with this issue, it's just impossible to continue using...

From the error youâve shared, it looks like your sharing activity has been banned indeed due to one of these reasons.
I can log a ticket for you though and investigate further. Can I contact you at the email address showing here?

Just to provide some context, Iâve been using my Dropbox account since the early days, back in late 2008 during my university/college years, so itâs been around 15 years now. Iâm not aware of why the sharing activity has been banned on my account, and I canât recall receiving any email notifications about it.
Iâd really appreciate your help with this issue as Iâm considering subscribing to Dropbox for my needs.
