I can't share my files. Not sure what happened.

I can't share all my files. Perhaps it's due to some kind of violation? I'm not sure, but I can't create any share links.
What should I do?

Hey wldbest!
In order to have a better account-visibility I reached out to your Community-linked email address. You can see which one you're using here.
Can you check your inbox and reply back to me, in order to investigate further?

I think that it is from my previous account problem. I revived my old account from lost email address and changed the email address with the help of C/S. After that I couldn't use share any files. It's been more than 1 years since the issue, but the problem is still the same.
Could you please check the issue? Thank you. - Megan2 months ago

Hi wldbest, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you get any specific errors when you try to share your content? Is it possible that your sharing was paused on your account?
Have you checked this article to see if any of the files you're trying to share, or have already shared, breaches the Terms of Service? You can also take a look here for more info.
In any case I just created a ticket on my end for you, in order for us to investigate further.
Thanks!
