Hey there ditotediashvili, thanks for reaching out to us on the Dropbox Community.

I'd be happy to help look into this with you, however, I'll need a few more details to make sure I have a better understanding of what you're seeing. For example:

    • Where are you uploading from? Are you using the website or the mobile app?
    • Are you getting any error messages? If so, could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info)?
    • How large are the files you're trying to add?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hello, I am uploading from notebook, the files are about 20-30 mb each. In total 6 file. I tried to upload directly and I tried also with zipped but still can not. I tried and send these files via mail and it works but I have to upload on dropbox. This is the lightroom presets for sale.

If you're doing this via the website, have you tried uploading them from a different browser?

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info included) of the error message you're getting?

Looking forward to hearing back from you, ditotediashvili!

Hello I tried many ways but do not work
    1. when I upload without zipping, it only see the original photo not the DNG file, I mean edited in lightroom.
    2. when I upload zipped it shows me that messige

I tried with Mac and with PC as well but there is no solution.
Plase explain me why is this happening?

    Thanks for the screenshot, ditotediashvili!

From what I can see, the file is uploaded on your Dropbox account, but it's having trouble being previewed.

Out of curiosity, are you able to download it and preview it from your computer or mobile?

Hi crimson avocadoes; welcome to our Community and happy Monday!

I'll be happy to help with this; could you clarify what exactly is troubling you in uploading files to Dropbox so I can advise further?

    ditotediashvili

As the issue you're experiencing seems to relate to the preview of the file in question, could you please clarify if this file is less than 50 megapixels?

If it's over that threshold or larger than 200 MB (which isn't your case), you won't be able to preview it natively within our mobile app or the website. You'd need to download it and open it locally on your devices using the relevant 3rd party app (like Photoshop for example).

I hope this clears things up a tad!
