Can you tell me whatâs the syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app? How much free space do you currently have?
Finally, can you clarify what you mean when saying you canât download the Dropbox, or delete whatever Dropbox you have on your laptop?

Hi Nancy,
It is in a continual syncing status. I thought I had the app, but apparently, I just linked a Microsoft account. My current memory is 2.01 of 2.75gb.
As for deleting, I've gone into the computer settings and tried deleting dropbox and it said it was unable to delete. In trying to install the app, I tried to install the app and i was unable to install the app.

Thanks for sharing more info! So, if I get this right, the Dropbox app is already installed on your computer, but you canât remove it from your device in order to reinstall it. Does this sound correct?
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see exactly when trying to uninstall it? Iâd also like a screenshot of the continual syncing status that you mention.
Finally, whatâs the size of the file youâre trying to upload to Dropbox?
