I do not see "Make available offline" when I right click on Mac Sonoma 14.5
Just downloaded Dropbox to work from home on various edits. The company I work for has a dedicated Dropbox, and I've been able to access it from a web browser for a while.
However, it would now be preferable that I access it directly through my computer. I've tried storing the files locally, but I am not able to find the "Make available offline" option. I've restarted my computer countless times, re-installed Dropbox and played around with settings to no avail.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!

Hi DIRI, thanks for posting here!
I checked timothec's previous ticket and it seems that the issue was resolved before our Team could intervene.
In any case, I'm here to help. Would you like to share some additional info with me such as the device's OS, and Dropbox version, along with the troubleshooting steps you've tried on your end?
I'll be waiting for your update!

Hey DIRI
I followed all the steps recommended on this website and it seems to have done the trick: https://cleanerone.trendmicro.com/blog/remove-dropbox-macos-or-windows/Since then, I have used Dropbox on a daily basis and have had no further problems.Hope this can help you!
