I get the message that my files might contain phishing content
I am trying to share a file and get the message "We’ve interrupted your sharing activity because your files might contain phishing content"
Relevant Facts:
1) File does not contain phishing content.
2) I haven't used dropbox for about a year, so I'm not over any limits.
3) File is legal content, legally obtained.
4) File is 22 MB.
No customer support except for paid subscriptions.
So I guess this is why I don't use dropbox.....

Based on the error you received, it sounds like your sharing ability might have been temporarily suspended. You can find out more info at this Help Center article.
Have you recently shared a link which could have been downloaded many times, or to a large file?
This will help me to assist further!

Yes I've been provided with a link to a drop box with 7 x pdf files that require my signature. These have previously been uploaded / downloaded by a few poeple.
- gazuzu3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I had 2 driver files with a .exe file extension that Dropbox thought were illegitimate files. Both files from large and known companies but ….

but i can't i keep getting this error "We’ve interrupted your sharing activity because your files might contain phishing content." even with other links now

Hi, can anyone help us? The manager of the account is getting an error when he sends a Dropbox link video (Dropbox issue with sharing folders - phishing cont.). The recipient of the link will get an error message (That didn't work for some reason). We already sent an email and a ticket has been created but we are not getting any response or help form the support team.

Does your admin receive this error message perhaps?
