Possible Phishing email

I have had an email telling me I can add Dropbox to my desktop but the email looks very suspect.
It’s from

no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com

Is this legitimate as it looks very suspect!

I want to add that I am not signed up to Dropbox with the email I have been communicated with. So I have no idea why this email would suddenly be sent to me out of the blue.
