I'm having trouble transferring files from an old iPad to my PC.

Hi  Having great difficulties to transfer files from an old ipad 10 OSC to my new ipad I am not it savvy

Greetings again.

There is a problem, as my ipad is iOS 10, and the app requires iOS or later, so this does not work unfortunately

In that case, you'd need to use a web browser to upload your files to your Dropbox account, Mike.
