OK, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, let it sync up, then connected iPhone. It seems like that worked, but I need to take a few new photos and see if it works next time.

I was premature in declaring it fixed, it is back to the same state of "
iPhone disconnected with 0 of 9,XXX photos imported".Any more ideas?
